This was our second time dining at Le Vieux Logis since the new chef took over. We were fans of his from when he was at Praline. The our main courses were absolutely delicious. We ordered the skatefish and the lamb shank. Both were excellent- this chef really knows his stuff. The dishes were so nicely seasoned and the sauces were so light and delicate. We started with oysters, which were good and we ordered a souffle of exotic fruits, which was an unexpected treat. We will return soon.
